Through windows and veranda you can see a unique view.

You’ll have at your own disposal: wide garden (about 3000 square meters), private parking, private entrance, enormous sandy beach and above all the pure water of the Lake.

The house (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room) can hold 2 guests and, on demand and in particular cases, others 2 members of the same family or group. ALDER Holiday House, Bolsena Lake, Bolsena, is furnished with a bathroom (shower, electric water heater, wash basin) and with a kitchen (refrigerator, oven and gas range, washing machine, dishwashing machine, wash basin). In the living room there’s a TV SAT at guests disposal.
