Alder Holiday House
ALDER Holiday House is a country-house (about 70 square meters, included veranda) on the Bolsena Lake, at 3 kilometers from the center of the city and at only 15 meters from the beach! Through windows and veranda you can see a unique view.
You’ll have at your 
own disposal: wide garden (about 3000 square meters), private parking, private entrance, enormous sandy beach and above all the pure water of the Lake.
The house (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room) can hold 2 guests and, on demand and in particular cases, others 2 members of the same family or group. The country-house is furnished with a bathroom (shower, electric water heater, wash basin) and with a kitchen (refrigerator, oven and gas range, washing machine, dishwashing machine, wash basin). In the living room there’s a TV SAT at guests disposal.
We have always spent unforgettable holidays in direct touch with nature, taking refreshment by means of the light lake breezes, immersed in a dreamy atmosphere. We hope to give you a memorable experience.
LOCATION
From Bolsena (SS2 = Cassia North) Km 113, go on for 3 Km (towards Gradoli, not towards Montefiascone) until you’ll arrive exactly at Km 116. On the right, you can see a green-grocer (“Frutta e verdura”), on the left a narrow street. At the end, turn on the left.
BOLSENA
Bolsena lake is near Viterbo and not far from Umbria and Tuscany, at about 40 km from the Tyrrenian sea.
By car:
A1 Motorway Florence – Rome (Orvieto exit); or state road Aurelia SS1 or state road Cassia SS2; or State highways SS.71 – SS.79 bis – SS.448 (or SS Perugia - Todi and SS.448 Todi - Orvieto), and Orvieto-Bolsena.
By rail:
Railway route Florence - Rome (Rome – Orte – Attigliano – Orvieto – Chiusi – Terontola - Florence), Orvieto Station; or to Viterbo or Rome; and continuing by bus.
By plane:
Regional Umbrian Airport Sant’ Egidio (Perugia) km 98; or National and International Airport Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino – Rome) km 140.
By ship:
Port of Civitavecchia km 40.
By bus:
from/to Rome (Tiburtina Train Station); from/to Orvieto; from/to Viterbo.
PRICES
Weekly Prices: Min. Euro 280,00 - Max. Euro 840,00 per week.
Prices for 3 nights: Min. 120,00 - Max. 360,00 Euro for 3 nights.
Prices per person per night: Min. 20,00 - Max. 120,00 Euro per person per night.
NOTES
Min. 3 Days - Max. 90 Days (generally 7 nights or 14, 21, 28...).
Different prices in different periods. A bit less expencive the house for 1 people, for long stays and for kids.
OPENING PERIODS: about 1st May - 30th September. But generally the house can be booked from Saturday to Saturday or, sometimes, from Sunday to Sunday.
